Return Policy

How do I return an item purchased on

We offer a 24Hr Return Policy for all products.

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product
  • Incomplete Product
  • Wrong Size or product ordered by customer
  • Incorrect Product

To process the return make sure that the products must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when delivered, failing which the return will not be accepted.

MDKart Easy Return Policy is applicable only for 24Hrs from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.

In ase of manufacturing defects , Brand’s Warranty may supersede MDKart Easy Return Policy.

MDKart will pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us or dispose/ destroy them.

Customized orders cannot be returned.

General Rules for a successful Return

  1. In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  2. For products where installation is provided by MDKart’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. MDKart authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
  3. For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
